Lily is a 20 year old muggle-born witch. She is attractive having shoulder length thick dark red hair, pale skin(and yes she does get freckles in the summer and is not entirely happy about it) and intense almond shaped green eyes. Her build is lithe, very dancer like. She can be graceful, when she chooses, but most of the time she is very casual, in dress, speech, and how she moves. In fact, her favorite outfit is jeans, occasionally a very airy and comfortable long flowy skirt, and a t-shirt of some sort.

Her birthday is January 30, 1960 so she is an Aquarius.




Lily is caring and compassionate, but watch out she does have a temper and while she doesn't have a 'short fuse' her words have been known to have quite a sting to them, mostly against James Potter and his fellow marauders. She is confident, but this never goes so far as arrogance. She simply knows herself well and knows what she is capable of, well at least she thinks she does. She is a bit impatient, but does her best to cover this up. She is also a bit on the secretive side when she chooses which is probably why Slughorn thought she would have done so well in Slytherin.

She does have a bit of a 'mishevious' streak, but for the most part this seems confined to her relationship with her sister. Lily doesn't see herself as traditional in any sense. In fact, most of her problems with her sister, at least the problems Lily could do something to correct, come from the fact that all her sister seems to want is 'a husband and security'. That won't get you anywhere. Lily wants a partner, if she ever really does find anyone she feels truly comfortable with. Someone who will accept her for all she is, including any faults she has, not that she really wants to admit she has any, but then again who does. Someone who doesn't mind dragging her along on some adventure even though deep down she might be just a bit of a 'goody goody', not that she will ever admit this to anyone. She is a bit of an activist and doesn't mind standing up for someone she sees in a difficult situation, no matter who it is or any problems she might have with them personally.

She really isn't into any sports, Wizard or Muggle, though she does swim and dance. Reading is definitely more her thing, though, and listening to music. However, she does like sitting outside in the fresh air, and would much rather be under a tree somewhere. She will spend most of her time outside if possible. She doesn't mind getting slightly dirty either, and while she enjoys flowers she probably won't get into any sort of gardening. She'd much rather enjoy the flowers than plant them.



Lily believed that she was just your average girl until she turned 11 years old and found out she was to attend Hogwarts. All of her family, except her sister Petunia, were very excited. She and her sister were probably close when they were younger, but her going to Hogwarts has created a huge rift between the two of them, though Lily hasn't done much to actually fix this it does seem that Petunia is aware of people from Hogwarts either with them coming to the House or Lily talking about them, probably just to make Petunia more uncomfortable. She enjoys learning, and is actually a bit of a perfectionist when it comes to school. She excels at potions and charms, probably because of this she is part of the 'Slug Club', a club run by Horace Slughorn basically for promising students that he thinks might be influential later. So far she seems James Potter as an arrogant bully, though if he matures this might change, though she's not likely to tell him that.

Unlike with James and Sirius she has a lot of respect for Remus Lupin, though she is very close to confronting him with her suspicions about his monthly 'trips home' and 'illnesses'. She is in her sixth year at Hogwarts so she is a Prefect.

She is very disturbed by, and aware of, the dangerous atmosphere of the Wizarding world and wants to do something. She is not afraid of getting in the middle of things, after all she is a Gryffindor. It is in fact this drive that will lead her to eventually, along with James, join the Order of the Phoenix.



She re-enters Haurvatat after having gone home for a few years. She is not sure why she has been brought back.

She also has pictures of her family in the room as well.

Items received since her arrival:a white book with gold lettering on the cover--Combating the Dark Arts by Aonghus Boniface. The name means "one/true strength, good fate." The Book of Ceremonial Magic by Arthur Edward Waite, published in 1913,, The Dark Arts Outsmarted, and an emerald-diamond tennis bracelet, a framed picture of Harry, Hermione and himself that he found in his room. They are laughing and falling all over each other in the aftermath of some quiddich game their sixth year, and a ruby red necklace, a book of Yeats poetry, and a mother and son necklace.
